Glastonbury Summer Fun Run Series Underway

GLASTONBURY, CT — A summer fun run is on tap for Tuesday as part of a series in Glastonbury.

It's part of the weekly free road races in town this summer and is slated for 6:50 p.m. at Smith Middle School 216 Addison Road.

Children jog for one mile around the Smith Middle School Soccer field. Adult courses are 1.0, 2.4 and 3.5 miles.

Registration is at the Smith Middle School upper soccer field starting at 6:30 p.m. for the 6:50 p.m. start. Divisions include male and female 35 & up, 19 - 34, 15-18, 13- 14, 10-12, 7-9, and 6 and younger.

Runs are scheduled for Tuesday evenings on: July 9, 16, 23, 30 and Aug. 6.

There is no fee to participate.
