Glastonbury Teens Are Accused of Elementary School Burglary
Police say the suspects were identified from school surveillance cameras.

Two Glastonbury teens are facing burglary charges in connection with an early morning break-in at Hopewell Elementary School, according to police.
The burglary of the school at 1068 Chestnut Hill Rd., occurred around 1:30 a.m. Friday, Sept. 25.
“The juveniles were only in the school a short period of time before the alarm went off. The juveniles were identified from school video surveillance and issued summonses the same day,” police said in a statement.

The 13- and 15-year-old boys each were charged with third-degree burglary, second-degree trespass and third-degree criminal mischief, police said.
