UPDATE: Glastonbury Traffic Alert: 2 Lanes of Route 2 Are Closed
ConnDOT announced the closures on Tuesday.

The Connecticut Department of Transportation expanded the road work being done on Route 2 on Tuesday. There is work being done on the 7.4-mile westbound stretch between Exits 13 and 8 until 3:30 p.m. Tuesday. The right lane is closed.

The Connecticut Department of Transportation announced Tuesday morning that road work on eastbound Route 2 has closed one lane today.
The work is being done on the 1.6-mile stretch between Exits 8 and 9 until 4 p.m. Tuesday.
