Glastonbury's Jinjika Gets Executive Appointment at Key Bank
She is based in the Manchester branch.

MANCHESTER, CT — KeyBank on Monday announced that Courtney Jinjika has been promoted to senior vice president and regional retail leader for Connecticut and Western Massachusetts.
She will be responsible for leading the market’s retail network of branches, serving Key’s clients in Hartford, Middlesex, New Haven, Tolland and Windham counties in Connecticut and throughout Hampden County in Massachusetts.
Jinjika maintains an office at KeyBank’s Manchester location at 923 Main Street.

“We are happy to welcome Courtney to the market as the senior leader of our retail team,” said Jeff L. Hubbard, KeyBank Connecticut and Western Massachusetts Market President. “Her management experience and deep-rooted history with Key will benefit our customers and employees alike.”
Jinjika previously served as area retail leader for KeyBank in the Seattle, WA, market. She began her career with Key more than 15 years ago as a branch teller, quickly advancing to higher level roles including branch manager.

As an area retail leader, she led her team to consistent success and has personally been a top performing ARL for several years. She and her family have relocated from South Puget Sound, Washington to Connecticut.
“I have a strong passion for retail banking and helping customers achieve overall financial wellness,” Jinjika said. “The relationship a customer has with its local branch is an important aspect of retail banking, and I look forward to helping Key build on its established connections across both states.”
Jinjika holds an associate degree in business from Highline College and a graduate certificate in banking and financial support services from Pacific Coast Banking School. She previously served as treasurer and alumni board member of the Highline College Foundation, chair and volunteer of Junior Achievement and has been a March of Dimes participant for the past 16 years.
Jinjika and her family live in Glastonbury, CT.
