Glastonbury's Sadak Playing Football for RPI in 2016

GLASTONBURY, CT — John Sadak of Glastonbury is a member of the 2016 Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute football team.

The 6-foot-1, 190-pound Sadak is a freshman defensive back.

RPI is 1-1 so far this season with a 31-17 win at Norwich University in Week 1 and a 33-17 loss to Alfred University last weekend at home.

In high school at Xavier, Sadak played wideout for four years and was a captain his senior year. He won the Larry McHugh Senior Leadership Award for the 2014 Connecticut Class LL state champions. He was also a hockey player and senior class president.
