GoodWorks Insurance Names Glastonbury Native VP

Newly named VP Matt Furst is a volunteer with Glastonbury High School as well as the Chamber.

GLASTONBURY—March 31, 2016—Glastonbury native Matt Furst has joined GoodWorks Insurance as a vice president. He’ll work with prospective and existing business clients to obtain optimal insurance protection.

Based in the Glastonbury office, Furst will focus on small and medium-sized businesses. He’ll provide thorough analysis of insurance needs and risk-management expertise for clients.

Most recently, Furst was an account executive with Clark Insurance in Hartford where he focused on commercial property and casualty accounts. Previously, he was with May, Bonee & Walsh, USI Connecticut, and Liberty Mutual.

Furst graduated from Glastonbury High School and earned a bachelor’s degree in business from Plymouth State University. He currently volunteers with the Glastonbury High School crew team and the Glastonbury Chamber of Commerce.
