Hartford Woman Charged In $8K Glastonbury Retail Theft Case
A woman is accused of trying to steal merchandise worth thousands from a Glastonbury store.

GLASTONBURY, CT, — A Hartford woman has been charged with organized retail theft in an attempt to steal more than $8,000 worth of merchandise from a Glastonbury store, police said.
Ebony Marie Evans, 28, was also charged with third-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny, according to a report. She was free after posting a $35,000 bond and is due in court on Sept. 11, records show.
The incident dates back to June and a shoplifting case at The Silver Dahlia at 41 Hebron Ave.
