Healing Arts Center Opens in South Glastonbury
Grand Opening Thursday, January 22 3:00-7:00pm

This Thursday, January 22 from 3:00-7:00pm, Sarah Harford Healing Arts and Krista MacGregor of Ki-Elements, LLC, will be hosting a grand opening celebration and open house in their new location at 891 Main Street in South Glastonbury. Together, Krista and Sarah have over a decade of experience in the holistic health field, and offer a diverse and unique mix of modalities. Their specialized training ranges from prenatal, postpartum, and infant massage to holistic approaches for managing chronic stress, pain, emotional eating, inflammation, and blood sugar levels. Specialized services are also available to help accelerate healing after childbirth and surgery.
Sunday night they were filled to capacity for their first community meditation, which will be held one Sunday per month. “We are building something very special in South Glastonbury, a place where the community can find support and services that honor each person’s innate capacity for health and healing. By integrating holistic approaches like nutrition and massage, we become more in tune with our bodies and more trusting of our intuition. When people are given a safe space to be seen, heard, and supported, deeply held patterns that get in the way of our well-being can be recognized and released,” said Harford.
Krista holds a degree in biology and studied at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in NYC. She is a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Reiki practitioner. Sarah is a Licensed Massage Therapist (CT#3600) and a Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage therapist with advanced training in pregnancy, infant, pediatric, oncology, and cupping massage. She is also working toward her master’s degree in Occupational Therapy. You can meet them and sample their work on Thursday from 3:00-7:00pm.
