Hearing Slated For Glastonbury Hotel Project
A public hearing has been scheduled for later this month to discuss a planned hotel in Glastonbury.

GLASTONBURY, CT — A public hearing has been scheduled for later this month to discuss a planned hotel on the last available tract in a popular Glastonbury plaza.
The hearing is slated as part of the regular meeting of the Town Plan and Zoning Commission on June 18.
A limited liability corpporation called 75 Glastonbury Land had proposed a four-story, 131-room hotel with 144 "surface" parking spaces" and "associated site improvements," for 75

Glastonbury Boulevard. Planning officials said that is the last available parcel at Somerset Square.
Because the hotel is proposed for a "planned area of development," the commission is acting as an advisory body to the town council, which has final say over PAD projects, planning officials said.
