Historic Glastonbury House Still Has a Future
It is being taken apart in an effort toward preservation.

GLASTONBURY, CT — Work is ongoing to dismantle the circa-1780 home on the corner of Hebron Avenue and House Street and preserve it,the Hartford Courant reported.
According to the story, a 145-unit development known as One Glastonbury Place is replacing the historic home, but Steve Bielitz of Glastonbury Restoration is taking down the "House house," first owned by the House family, board-by-board.
