ID of Glastonbury Shoplifting Suspect Sought by Police
The man is wanted in connection with the theft of shrimp and other items from Whole Foods.
Glastonbury Police are seeking information to help identify a man suspected of shoplifting food and other items from Whole Food last month.
It was on Sept. 8 around 2:30 p.m. when a man made off with “an unknown amount of frozen shrimp and “Jason” body wash and placed them into a black colored Whole Foods Market bag” at 55 Welles Ave., according to police.
The suspect is described as a black male, between 45 and 55 years old, wearing sunglasses, with short dark hair and a white beard. He was wearing a tan “U-Haul” shirt, jeans, dark sneakers and a “U-Haul” badge.

The suspect was seen leaving the store without paying for the items and entering the passenger side of a brown colored Lincoln or Cadillac.
