‘Inappropriate Quote’ Halts Glastonbury High School Yearbook
Distribution of Glastonbury High School's yearbook has been halted and police are investigating due to an inappropriate quote.
GLASTONBURY, CT — Glastonbury High School’s 2021 yearbooks are being recalled and distribution has been suspended due to an “inappropriate quote,” according to the Hartford Courant.
The Courant reports a student used a fake name to submit the quote that was printed in the yearbook and police are investigating due to the nature of the incident.
A Hitler quote was included in the yearbook that was attributed to George Floyd, a Black man killed in Minnesota last year, WFSB 3-TV reported.
