Intro to MELT Method

Saturday Nov. 7th 12:30-2:00pm

This is your chance to experience simple techniques that reduce pain, eliminate
stuck stress and reduce your chances of injury. This is a chance to radically
change your relationship to pain by using small props and specific foam rollers
so you can live a pain free life. All ages and fitness levels are welcome to attend.
Even if you don’t exercise you can do The MELT Method.
