July 29:

• Tina Thomas, 40, of 59 Symess St., Hartford. Charge: second-degree failure to appear in court. Original charges: traveling unreasonably fast; operating under suspension in Manchester. Bond: $2,500.
• Alicia L. Zasadnyj, 40, of 11 Cottage St., Manchester. Charges: driving under the influence, failure to drive right in connection with a DUI investigation from 2014. Bond: $1,000.

July 30:

• Caryn Spano, 52, of 458 Matson Hill Rd., Glastonbury. Charge: disorderly conduct.
