Littering Fracas In Glastonbury Leads To Charges
A Massachusetts man has been charged for a summertime littering incident that erupted into an altercation.

GLASTONBURY, CT — A Massachusetts man has been charged for a summertime littering incident that erupted into an altercation at a Glastonbury cul-de-sac, police said.
Fekix Bonilla, 41, of the Indian Orchard section of Springfield, was arrested on a warrant Tuesday in Hartford, records show. He was charged with a littering violation and disorderly conduct, police said.
Police said the charges stem from an incident on July 9, when Bonilla was caught by a resident illegally dumping construction materials at the cul-de-sac of Chalker Hill Road.

Bonilla "caused a scene" and threatened the resident before leaving the area, police. A warrant was subsequently issued for his arrest, police said.
He is due in court on March 27, according to police records.
