Local Man Identified As Glastonbury Fatal Crash Victim
A crash early Sunday in Glastonbury took the life of a local resident, police said.

GLASTONBURY, CT — A local man has been identified as the motorist killed in a Sunday crash in Glastonbury.
The single-vehicle crash took place at 12:55 a.m. at the intersection of Hopewell Road and
Matson Hill Road, police said. The operator and sole occupant, Kevin D. Levesque, 39, of Glastonbury, was proclaimed dead at the scene, police said.
A preliminary investigation determined the vehicle was traveling southwest on Hopewell Rd. and failed to stop at the stop sign, police said. Levesque's car continued straight across the intersection at Matson Hill Road, went into a wooded area and hit a tree, police said.

Metro Traffic Services responded and processed the scene and the case is being investigated by
the Glastonbury Police Department. Witnesses, or anyone with information about the crash, are being asked to call investigators at 860-633-8301.
