Man Accused Of Flashing Dog Walker At Glastonbury Park

An accused flasher is facing two criminal charges after an incident in Glastonbury, police said.

GLASTONBURY, CT — A 52-year-old Glastonbury man accused of flashing a woman walking her dog at a Glastonbury park is facing a pair of criminal charges, police said.

Christopher Warren Sinon was arrested on Wednesday and was to appear in court Thursday to answer public indecency and disorderly conduct charges, according to a police report.

The incident took place at 4:08 p.m. at Riverfront Park, police said. A woman who was walking her dog said a man had exposed himself and began to perform a sex act when she went by, according to a report.

Police located the man and he was identified as Sinon, according to a report.
