A man is accused of roughing up a woman and her child during a domestic disturbance in Glastonbury.

GLASTONBURY,, CT — A man is accused of roughing up a woman and her child during a domestic disturbance in Glastonbury.
The indicent took place on Sept. 21 at a Bradley Way residence, according to a report. Ryan O'Connell, 41, is accused of pushing both the woman and child and also getting the woman in a choke hold, according to a report.
He was charged with risk of injury to a child, third-degree strangulation and disorderly conduct, records show.

O'Connell's bond was set at $30,000 and that was posted during a Sept. 23 arraignment, records show. He is due in court again on Oct. 11, records show.
