Man Arrested in Glastonbury Property Dispute

Police said it is an ongoing dispute.

GLASTONBURY, CT — A Manchester man is facing a first-degree criminal trespass charge after taking construction equipment from property in Glastonbury, police said.

Police described the situation in a report as "an ongoing property dispute."

Vernon Carlson, 63, who lives at 637 South Main St., Manchester, went onto a Glastonbury property and removed construction equipment, according to a report.

He was charged with first-degree criminal trespass and sixth-degree larceny, according to a report.

Carlson is due in court on Sept. 6, according to a report.
