Man Banished From Home Depot Charged After Sneaking Back In: Cops
A man banished from Home Depot was charged after sneaking back in, police said.

GLASTONBURY, CT — A man who had been previously banished from Home Depot stores in the area is accused of stealing items after sneaking into the Glastonbury store, a police report indicates.
Torrey Russell O'Leary, a 39-year-old Plainville resident, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass and fifth-degree larceny on Monday via a warrant, according to a report.
According to a report, on Dec. 29, he was caught stealing several items from the Glastonbury Home Depot at 115 Putnam Boulevard and fleeing the store on foot, according to a report.

He had been warned to stay out of Home Depot Stores after several shoplifting incidents, a report indicates.
