Man Charged With Being a Peeping Good Samaritan In Glastonbury

He took cell pictures up a woman's dress while helping her with car trouble, police said.

GLASTONBURY, CT - Glastonbury police have arrested a man accused of being a peeping good Samaritan.

The Man, Joseph Farrell, 43, lives in Southampton, MA, police told NBC Connecticut.

He has been charged with 11 counts of voyeurism after he admitted to using his cell phone to take video and pictures up a woman's skirt without her knowledge on Winding Brook Drive while assisting her with car trouble, according to the story.
