Man Charged For November Police Chase In Glastonbury

Glastonbury man is facing four ciminal charges after he was arrested for a November domestic incident and police chase.

GLASTONBURY, CT — A Glastonbury man is facing four criminal charges after he was arrested for a November domestic incident and police chase, a report shows.

Matthew Dowling, 37, was involved in a November domestic dispute during which a wallet was taken, police said. He was charged with disorderly conduct and sixth-degree larceny for the incident, police said.

He fled the scene and was briefly chased by officers and nearly hit a police cruiser in the process, police said. The pursuit had to be called off and a warrant was issued for dowling's arrest. For the chase, he was charged with engaging police in a pursuit and interfering, according to a report.
