Man Found Dead in West Hartford is From Glastonbury: Police

WEST HARTFORD, CT — Police have identified a man found dead in a vehicle in the Brace Road parking lot as Andrew Carbone, 23, of South Glastonbury.

Police discovered Carbone deceased after receiving a call about someone sleeping in a vehicle, according to a report.

Police said they recognized that he wasn't breathing and a broke a window.

He was then determined to be dead, according to a report.

"We are still awaiting the report from the Medical Examiner's office and have no other details to share at this time," West Hartford police spokesman Lt. Michael Perruccio said.
