Man Gets High Bond In Glastonbury Protective Order Case

A man was being held Monday on a high court-set bond for a protective order violation in Glastonbury.

GLASTONBURY, CT — A man was being held Monday on a high court-set bond for a protective order violation in Glastonbury.

At about 2:30 a.m. Friday, state police responded to a single-car crash on nthe westbound side of Route 2, according to a report. The driver, 28-year-old Michael Mikolinski, of Colchester, was being sought by Glastonbury police for a protective order violation several hours earlier, according to a report.

Glastonbury police took Mikolinski into custody and he appeared in court later in the day. His bond was set at $75,000 and he did not post it, court records show. He is due back before a judge on Jan. 9, according to court records.
