The case stems from an incident last winter, police said.

GLASTONBURY, CT — A man has been rearrested for failing to appear in court for a case in which he is accused of failing to complete a home improvement contract, police said.
Robert Aucoin, 47, was taken into custody on Halloween, police said. He was charged with first-degree failure to appear.
He was originally arrested last December on charges that include third-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny and home improvement contract violations, court records indicate.
