Man Tries to Buy Gift Cards With Fake card in Glastonbury: Cops
A man tried to buy gifts cards with a fake card, police said.

GLASTONURY, CT — A New York City man is facing a pair of charges for trying to purchase grocery store gift cards with a fake charge account, police said.
Brandon Profit, 25, of Jamaica, NY, surrendered on a warrant Monday to face charges that include criminal attempt at the illegal use of a credit card and the unlawful completion or reproduction of a credit card.
Police obtained a warrant for his arrest after Stop and Shop management complained about someone trying to purchase gift cards with a fraudulent credit card.

He was help on a $25,000 bond and was to appear in court on Monday, police said.
