Man, Woman Had Drugs — and a Child — in the Car: Report
A man and a woman are facing drug and risk of injury charges.

GLASTONBURY, CT — A man and a woman are facing a trio of charges for an incident with drugs and a child in a car, police said.
On Sunday, police received a call about a man and a woman in a parked car who "seemed to be high," according to a report. The citizen caller said the woman appeared to be passed out and warned police a child was in the vehicle, according to a report.
The woman was identified as 31-year-old Ashley Arnold, of Glastonbury and Paul Ivaldo, 35, of Palm Bay FL, was identified as the man in the car.

The are both charged with risk in injury to a minor, possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia, according to a report.
