Margaret McAlees, Beloved Aunt, Sister; Retired Royal Typewriter Employee

Margaret McAlees, 92, of Glastonbury, passed away Tuesday, October 13, 2015.

She was born in Greenock, Scotland.

She worked for Royal Typewriter in Hartford for 43 years.

She was predeceased by parents Eliza and James McAlees, brothers Allister, George, sisters Robina McAlees and Jane Johns.

She is survived by sister-in-law Doris McAlees and brother-in-law John Johns, nieces and nephews.

She was a very loving and caring daughter, sister and aunt.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 20, at 11 AM in the Rose Hill Funeral Home 580 Elm St.,Rocky Hill. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Memorial Park, Rocky Hill.

Calling hours will be Monday, October 19, from 5 to 7 PM at the funeral home.
