Marlborough Man Accused of Stealing Tools in Glastonbury
The man was picked up on a warrant in Hartford.

GLASTONBURY, CT — A Marlborough man has been charged with a pair of larceny crimes in town.
Clifford Wolters, 37, of Marlborough, was arrested by Glastonbury police at 2:47 p.m. on Sunday, after Hartford police called to say he was being detained on an active arrest warrant, according to a news release.
The warrant was for sixth- and third-degree burglary charges, police said. Wolters is accused of taking tools from an unlocked garage, police said.
