Mother, Son in Trouble for New Year's Eve Underage Drinking Bash in Manchester: Report

MANCHESTER, CT — A mother and her son from Porter Street have been charged for hosting a New Year's Eve party at which underage people were consuming alcoholic beverages, the Hartford Courant reported.

The call initially came in at about 11 p.m. for a minor from Glastonbury who had passed out according to the story. The mother and son said the booze was either brought by the minors themselves of the minors drank before arriving.
