Municipal Holiday Operating Schedule Posted In Glastonbury

GLASTONBURY, CT — Town officials have released the holiday schedule for some municipal offices and services.

All town of Glastonbury facilities will be closes on Monday, Dec. 26 and Monday, Jan. 1 in observance of the Christmas and New Year's Day holidays. That includes Town Hall, Academy, Youth and Family Services, the Riverfront Community Center, the WTML, and the Transfer Station and bulky waste facilities.

The WTML and Transfer Station/BWF will observe special hours around the holidays:

WTML Holiday Hours:

• Saturday, December 24, 2022 – Open 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Sunday, December 25, 2022 - CLOSED
• Monday, December 26, 2022 – CLOSED

• Saturday, December 31, 2022 - Open 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Sunday, January 1, 2023 – CLOSED
• Monday, January 2, 2023 – CLOSED

Transfer Station / Bulky Waste Facility Holiday Hours:

• Saturday, 12/24 – Open 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM (half day)
• Sunday, 12/25 – Closed
• Monday, 12/26 - Closed

• Saturday, 12/31 – Open 7:00 AM - 3:00PM (normal hours)
• Sunday, 1/1/23 – Closed
• Monday, 1/2/23 - Closed

Town facilities will resume standard operating hours following the Christmas and New Year's Day holidays.
