New Sports Bar And Entertainment Venue Set To Open In Glastonbury
Owners of The Clubhouse on Main made the announcement Wednesday.

GLASTONBURY, CT — Owners of The Clubhouse on Main, a new sports bar and entertainment venue in Glastonbury, said Wednesday that the business is set to open in November.
The Clubhouse on Main will feature "a distinctive space" where patrons can enjoy state-of-the-art sports simulators, axe throwing lanes, billiards tables, arcade games. Multiple large-screen televisions will also be featured.
Owners said The Clubhouse on Main is "crafted" to cater to "a diverse audience of sports enthusiasts," including families, the general public and corporate groups.

The array of sports simulators will cover golf, football, baseball, soccer, hockey, darts, dodgeball, and carnival games.
The venue will feature axe-throwing lanes with "projection-based games that take the excitement to new heights, going beyond the standard target experience."

"We are thrilled to announce that Clubhouse on Main will open in November to the vibrant Glastonbury community. Clubhouse founder Kyle Corneau said. "Our vision is to establish ourselves as the ultimate sports entertainment venue, offering exceptional experiences for patrons of all ages and backgrounds. Whether you're a sports enthusiast or planning a corporate event, we have something special for everyone."

In addition to the entertainment options, The Clubhouse on Main will boast a full-service bar and kitchen "with a creative twist," Corneau said. The menu will feature an assortment of bar food and appetizers, complemented by a selection of non-alcoholic beers and mocktails for those who prefer not to consume alcohol.
"For those seeking unique libations, the venue offers specialty drinks and high-end spirits," Corneau said.
The Clubhouse on Main has commenced its hiring process and is actively seeking a bar manager, bartenders, servers, cooks, dishwashers, axe throwing supervisors, simulator supervisors, security personnel, and greeters. Corneau said The Clubhouse is offering "competitive salaries and a comprehensive range of benefits, including profit sharing, healthcare, retirement programs and gym membership reimbursements."
The 9,300-square-foot Clubhouse sits in the Griswold Plaza at 2866 Main Street in Glastonbury, occupying the former Pier 1 Imports location.
An exact opening date will be announced on Instagram and Facebook.
