A neighbor dispute has led to criminal charges in Glastonbury, police said.

GLASTONBURY, CT — Nasty notes left on a neighbor's porch led to charges being filed against a 59-year-old Glastonbury woman, police said.
Police on Sunday arrested 59-year-old Debra Finlayson and charged her with second-degree harassment and disorderly conduct, according to a report.
Glastonbury police were called to a Pearl Street home after receiving a complaint about a neighbor dispute, according to a report. Finlayson is accused of leaving "harassing notes" on a neighbor's porch, according to a report.
