November Ballot In Glastonbury Includes $3 Million Question
A $3 million question is on the ballot in Glastonbury.

GLASTONBURY, CT — The ballot for the Nov. 8 state election in Glastonbury will feature two questions, including one with a potentially significant local impact.
It's about adding to the town's account set aside for significant land purchases. The $3 million would be funded by borrowing.
It reads:

"SHALL THE TOWN OF GLASTONBURY APPROPRIATE $3,000,000 FOR THE PURCHASE OF DEVELOPMENT RIGHTS AND ACQUISITION OF LAND PURSUANT TO THE ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE TOWN’S RESERVE FOR LAND ACQUISITION AND AUTHORIZE THE ISSUE OF BONDS AND NOTES IN THE SAME AMOUNT TO FINANCE SAID APPROPRIATION?"
It is followed by yes or no answer portals.
The bonding question is actually No. 2 on the questions section located on the right side of the ballot.

The first question reads:
"Shall the Constitution of the State be amended to permit the General Assembly to provide for early voting?"
That is also followed by year of no answer portals.
