A FREE weekly yoga class for cancer patients and survivors brought to you by Fuller Yoga and CT Challenge. This class combines both easeful stretching with moderate strengthening posture to help increase blood flow, reduce stress and anxiety, and create general muscle tone, bone strength and flexibility. Whether you are in remission or are currently undergoing treatment, take this opportunity to support your mental, emotional and physical needs through the mindful practice of yoga.
