Agency Hires One and Promotes Eight Employees

GLASTONBURY, CONN. /July 6, 2015 – Cronin and Company, LLC, the largest full-service independent marketing communications agency in Connecticut as well as the state’s “Top Shop” as declared by Adweek Magazine, has continued to expand and excel by hiring one new employee and promoting several others within the agency.
Bryan Dowd of Colchester, Conn., joined the agency’s interactive team as a Full Stack Developer. He previously worked for Solidify, Inc. in Glastonbury.

Adrianna Bigard of Hamden, Conn., has been promoted from Account Coordinator to Assistant Account Executive on the agency’s public relations team. She joined the agency in 2013. Bigard holds both a master’s degree in public relations from Quinnipiac University and a bachelor’s degree in journalism and mass communication with an emphasis in public relations from Arizona State University.

Laura Cirillo of East Longmeadow, Mass., has been promoted from Senior Media Planner/Buyer to Media Supervisor on the agency’s media and analytics team. She joined the agency in 2007. Cirillo is a graduate of Bryant College and holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing with a minor in communications.

Patrick Kiniry of Farmington, Conn., has been promoted from Art Director to Senior Art Director on the agency’s creative team. He joined the agency in 2013. Kiniry earned his bachelor’s degree in Graphic/Information Design from Central Connecticut State University.

DeAnna D’Amelio Riggi of Southington, Conn., has been promoted from Search and Analytics Assistant to Paid Search Manager on the agency’s media and analytics team. She joined the agency in 2013. D’Amelio Riggi holds both a master’s degree in advertising from Boston University and a bachelor’s degree in communications and psychology from the University of Connecticut.

Andrea Riley of West Hartford, Conn., has been promoted from Digital Planner/Buyer to Senior Digital Planner/Buyer on the agency’s media and analytics team. She joined the agency in 2012. Riley holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Connecticut.

Ian Schnaufer of Manchester, Conn., has been promoted from Media Analyst to Lead Media Analyst on the agency’s media and analytics team. He joined the agency in 2013. Schnaufer earned his bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies in Mathematics and Economics at Bucknell University.

Jon Smirnoff of Newington, Conn., has been promoted from Copywriter to Senior Copywriter on the agency’s creative team. He joined the agency in 2012. Smirnoff earned his bachelor’s degree in advertising from Boston University.

Adrienne Sullivan of Wethersfield, Conn., has been promoted from Junior Interactive Designer to Interactive Designer on the agency’s creative team. She joined the agency in 2012. Sullivan earned her bachelor’s degree in Graphic/Information Design from Central Connecticut State University.
