Police Make Arrest In Connection With Glastonbury Gas Station Thefts

A man was arrested on a warrant for two thefts in Glastonbury, police said.

GLASTONBURY, CT — Glastonbury police have made an arrest in connection with a set of thefts in the fall at a local gas station.

Luis Rodriguis, 51, of Hartford, was picked up Sunday on two active arrest warrants, stemming from thefts that took place on Oct. 25 and Nov. 14 at the Mobile Gas Station at 2997 Main St., according to an arrest report.

Rodriguez was initially located by Manchester Police and detained until he could be transported to Glastonbury. He was charged locally with third-degree larceny and was held over the weekend on a $50,000 bond, police said. He was to appear in court Monday.
