Police Seek Identity of Driver Who Struck A Glastonbury Pedestrian
The accident reportedly happened in November in front of the library.

The driver of a white Dodge Caravan who hit a pedestrian in front of the Welles-Turner Memorial Library on Main Street about 4:20 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 11, is being sought by Glastonbury police, according to NBC Connecticut.
The driver apparently left the scene after the pedestrian walked away, according to the NBC story that can be found here.
