Pool Guy in Deep Water for Uncompleted Work in Glastonbury: Police
The man is facing a pair of criminal charges, police said.

GLASTONBURY, CT — A Massachusetts man is facing two criminal charges for what local police are calling "pool maintenance work" that was paid for but never completed at a Glastonbury residence in 2015.
George Boria, 55, of Milbury, MA, was taken into custody on Friday at the Worcester Jail and House of Correction in West Boylston, MA. He was there because of a first-degree failure to appear charge, local police said.
Boria was brought to Connecticut on third-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny charges for the uncompleted pool work on a $30,000 bond, local police said. That bond was cut in half and he posted 10 percent of the $15,000 with a continuance date of Dec. 17, according to judicial system records.
