Due to a filter replacement project, the Glastonbury High School Pool is closed for the summer. As a result, outdoor pool schedules have been adjusted to accommodate programming that was relocated from the indoor facility.
Evening swim lessons previously held at the Glastonbury High School Pool have been moved to Grange Pool this summer. During scheduled swim lesson times, public swim will not be available at Grange Pool from 5:00–7:00 p.m. on weekdays. During these hours, recreational and adult swim opportunities remain available at Addison Pool. On days when lessons are not in session, additional public swim opportunities may be added based on the weekly schedule.

Facility closings, including delayed openings, early closures, or full-day closures, are posted to the Cancellation Line at 860-652-7689. Please note that short-term weather-related closures, such as passing thunderstorms, may not always be reflected due to rapidly changing conditions. In these situations, residents are encouraged to call the facility directly for current hours.
For safety, pools will be cleared immediately when thunder is heard or lightning is seen. Facilities will remain closed until 30 minutes after the last observed thunder or lightning. Depending on conditions, pools may open late or close early. Refunds for daily admission will be issued if thunder or lightning occurs within one hour of a visit; after one hour, refunds will not be processed.
Residents who would like to switch from a digital pool pass to a physical key fob may do so by visiting the Parks and Recreation office during regular business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.).
