Report: Glastonbury Daycare Operator Accused of Failing to Report Abuse Denied Special Probation

GLASTONBURY, CT — The director of a Glastonbury daycare center who is accused of failing to report instances of child abuse has been denied entry to a special form of probation that could lead to dropped charges, NBC Connecticut has reported.
Meegan Beach, 40, of Hebron, was denied accelerated rehabilitation, according to the story.
She is charged with failing to report child abuse after her employees at the Stork Club daycare brought it to her attention that another employee was allegedly abusing children, including eating their food.
