Retirement Celebration Planned For Longtime Glastonbury Town Manager

GLASTONBURY, CT — The town is planning to give longtime Glastonbury town manager Richard Johnson a proper sendoff.

This spring, Johnson is retiring after 42 years of service to the community. A retirement celebration has been scheduled for March 30 from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Glastonbury Boathouse.

All community members are invited to attend, with additional details and ticket information to be announced over the coming weeks, town officials said.
