After lunch and discussion, each of our guests is offered individual counseling and bodywork session time(s) as well as group workshops. Those who are not in private sessions have time to do directed, reflective exercises, walk the meditation path, listen to the garden fountain, swim, write, paint, rest and center on the intended purpose of their retreat.
