State Sen. Steve Cassano (D-Manchester) meets Wednesday, April 17, 2013 with members of the Connecticut Homebuilders Association and the International Council of Shopping Centers, including Lawrence Fiano of Bolton (seated) and Richard P. Cassano has worked closely with Connecticut builders over the years to ensure state regulations help Connecticut's struggling home-building industry.
