Simsbury Bank Welcomes Frank Fetzer to its Team as a Mortgage Loan Advisor

SIMSBURY, CT. – September 10, 2015 – Simsbury Bank, subsidiary of SBT Bancorp, Inc. (OTCQX: SBTB), is pleased to announce that Frank Fetzer has joined its Simsbury Bank Home Loans team as a Mortgage Loan Advisor. In this role, Mr. Fetzer will work one-on-one with homebuyers, advising them on the best mortgage options for their specific needs, assisting them with the application process, and ensuring the progression of the mortgage application through to closing. Mr. Fetzer will be a producing manager and build a team of several mortgage loan advisors who will work closely with clients, Realtors, financial advisors, and attorneys in Glastonbury and surrounding markets.

Mr. Fetzer has 20 years of mortgage origination and related managerial experience. Prior to joining Simsbury Bank, he was a Mortgage Development Officer at Santander. He lives in Bolton, Connecticut.
