Slow Commute in Glastonbury -- Crash Closes Route 3

The Wednesday morning commute is difficult in Glastonbury with two separate crashes on Routes 2 and 3.

According to the Connecticut Department of Transportation, northbound Route 3 is closed in Glastonbury at Main Street because of multi-vehicle crash about 6:30 a.m. It isn‘t known when the road will be reopened. The Hartford Courant is reporting there also is a car fire at that scene.

Traffic is slow on in the area of eastbound Route 2 because a one-car crash, according to The Courant report, which can be found here.
