Suspect Charged With 24 Crimes From Glastonbury Car Burglaries
A suspect in a series of Glastonbury car burglary incidents is facing 24 charges.

GLASTONBURY, CT — A Florida man is facing 24 criminal charges after his arrest at Bradley International Airpirt for a series of smash-and-grab incidents involving vehicles in Glastonbury, police said.
Jonathan Jamal Walker, 28, of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, was arrested on March 7 and police released details of the warrant Monday. The incidents took place in January 2016 and involved several residences on Oakwood Drive, police said.
A credit card stolen from one of the vehicles was used a short time later and a stolen driver's license was used in an attempt to cash a fraudulent check, according to a warrant.

Walker was one of the suspects, police said. He was charged with:
- Third-degree burglary (2 counts)
- Third-degree criminal mischief (2 counts)
- Sixth-degree larceny (3 counts)
- Credit card theft by transfer (9 counts)
- Charging on a revoked credit cars (1 count)
- Third-degree ID theft (1 count)
- Conspiracy (6 counts)
Additional arrestes are expected in the case, police said.

Walker appeared in court for arraignment on March 8 and had his bond doubled to $50,000. He remained in custody Monday morning with a continuance date of March 20, according too judicial system records.
