Suspect in Glastonbury Store Burglary Is Caught

The suspect is accused of breaking into the AT and T store in September.

The man suspected of burglarizing the AT&T store in Glastonbury back in September has been arrested.

According to Glastonbury Police, they had obtained an arrest warrant for Daniel Tesfamihret, 32, of Hartford, in connection with the overnight burglary on Sept. 16. Tesfamihret was located by Glastonbury Police and taken into custody at the Motel 6 in Southington on Oct. 22.

Tesfamihret was charged with third-degree burglary, third-degree larceny, third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree criminal trespass in connection with the incident.

In a report, police said, “Tesfamihret is also the suspect in several additional area AT&T burglaries which occurred during the same time period as the Glastonbury incident.”

Tesfamihret’s bond was set at $350,000.
