Available vaccines: Flucelvax, Flublok and Fluzone High Dose
We accept the following insurance:
Medicare, Medicare advantage plans for Aetna, Anthem, Connecticare, CarePartners. We also accept Cigna, Aetna, Anthem, Connecticare for those not on Medicare or Medicare advantage plans.
Out of pocket cost: Flucelvax $45, Flublok & Fluzone HD $75
Checks payable to: Hartford HealthCare at Home
Please bring your driver's license or official ID and health insurance card.
Masks/face coverings are required regardless of COVID-19 vaccination status.
Flu shots administered by: Hartford HealthCare at Home
