Unwanted Home Depot Visitor Arrested Again in Glastonbury
A man who had been previously banished from Home Depot stores was arrested by Glastonbury police for the second time this month.

GLASTONBURY, CT — A man who had been previously banished from Home Depot stores was arrested by Glastonbury police for the second time this month for incidents at the local store.
Torrey Russell O'Leary, a 39-year-old Plainville resident, was charged on Wednesday with first-degree criminal trespass and conspiracy to com mit fitfh-degree larceny, police said.
He was also arrested on Feb. 13 for first-degree criminal trespass and fifth-degree larceny, according to a report. According to a report on the arrest, on Dec. 29, he was caught stealing several items from the Glastonbury Home Depot at 115 Putnam Boulevard and fleeing the store on foot, according to a report.

He had been warned to stay out of Home Depot Stores after several shoplifting incidents, a report indicates.
